Q) How did you find the internship opportunity at Uline?

Q) How long were you an intern before you became an employee?

3 months.

Q) What were some of your biggest takeaways from your internship?

I absolutely love the culture of speed, passion, and operational excellence. I learned that this could be a great place to have a career at, Lastly, I loved the many opportunities I had to meet so many people and try so many things within the warehouse.

Q) How do you think the internship will be beneficial to you as an employee?

It gives me a slight edge or advantage because I already knew what I was coming too when I first started. I know more what to expect.

Q) If you could give one piece of advice to a student thinking about doing an internship, what would it be?

Don’t be scared! Just do it! Get to know as many people as you can while you are here. Be humble when learning and if you focus on putting your head down and working hard it will be a great experience. ULINE is a great place to be!
